The LED Linemate is an energy saving LED Industrial production line unit.

The LED Linemate must be installed behind your existing Industrial coating line.

The LED Linemate cures, for example, LED Hardwax oils with a line speed of 6-15 meters per minute with excellent properties.

Automatic sensor controlled height adjustable LED's to substrate system. Speed adjustable conveyor belt. Protective polycarbonate shielding.

Including: Process monitoring module (with acoustic warning signal)

Optional: Decorad all-in installation package.

As with all Decorad equipment the LED Linemate is developed with the latest techniques available in UV curing.
